Jones Lang LaSalle adds managing director
His new job: Terry Darrow joined Jones Lang LaSalle as a managing director to lead its Dallas/Fort Worth industrial practice. He will be responsible for growing the firmÂ’s capabilities in the industrial real estate, including advisory services, investment sales, leasing and management.
His background: Darrow was senior development officer of First Industrial Realty Trust. He joined the firm in 2006 to lead the companyÂ’s development initiatives throughout the Dallas/Fort Worth region. Prior to joining First Industrial, he held a variety of senior level and partner positions at Dallas-based real estate firms, including Henry S. Miller, Foster-Darrow, Darrow-Hildreth, GVA Cawley and Argent Property Co.
Darrow is an active member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) and the Greater Dallas Association of Realtors. He is a long-time Dallas area resident, and earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Texas Tech University.
