American Airlines sweetens flying with Ben & Jerry’s
Beginning Nov. 1, American Airlines will tempt international travelers in business class with new Ben & Jerry’s sundaes.
On flights from the U.S. to Europe, Japan, Latin America, India and China, passengers can treat themselves to Ben & Jerry’s products with flavors including Heath Bar Crunch, Rocky Road and Cookies & Cream.
The new sundaes from Vermont-based Ben & Jerry’s will expand to business class flyers on transcontinental flights beginning Dec. 1.
The Fort Worth-based airline began implementing complimentary dining enhancements in April and has continued to update its service throughout the year. Upgrades include new china and cutlery in first and business class cabins, baked onboard cookies in premium cabins on all flights and a smorgasbord of new food and beverage offerings.
