Dr. Henry Cunningham joins Huguley Board

His position: Dr. Henry Cunningham, a board-certified specialist in pulmonology and critical care medicine, has joined the Huguley Memorial Medical Center Board of Directors for a three-year term.

His background: Cunningham has a private practice, Texas Pulmonary & Critical Care Consultants, on the Huguley campus. He served as Huguley chief of staff from 1995 to 1996, and he has served on the Adventist Health System Corporate Physician Committee since 1996.  In 1988, he established his medical practice at Huguley after completing an internal medicine residency and a fellowship in pulmonology at the University of Texas Health Science Center in Dallas. He earned his medical and undergraduate degrees from Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee.
